MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

With its current singing membership of 120, the choir is almost at the limit of seating capacity at both rehearsals and performances. However, as with most amateur choirs, there are usually vacancies so please contact our Membership Secretary for details. Although there are no auditions, applicants for singing membership must be committed, be reasonable sight-readers, and have previous experience of singing with first class amateur choirs. The annual subscription is Ł55 with a 10 per cent reduction for couples.

Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings in the Vestry Hall (close to St Dunstan's Church), Cranbrook between 7.30 and 9.15pm. Attendance at a minimum of 75 per cent of rehearsals (including the Friday evening before and the Saturday afternoon of the concert) are obligatory.

PATRONS

Patrons of the society who make a minimum subscription of Ł30 per annum receive a free ticket for each of the two main concerts (winter and spring) and the privilege of reserving up to three places for their guests.
